The GC has at its disposal the INITIAL EVALUATION / TRIAGE of the Patient, indicating the priority of care for the Patient, complete, intuitive, fast and safe, integrated with all sectors.
The INITIAL EVALUATION is carried out on a single, agile and easy panel, is complete in the evaluation items, uses several protocols, refers the patient to care, has historical series of the patient.
In GC, the initial assessment uses ICD and CIAP codes, the Manchester risk assessment protocol or others, allows the registration of procedures/actions of the Health Plan, and refers to care.
